TAILORED WIRE PLACEMENT (TWP) TECHNOLOGY
Why work with TWP?
Automate production while decreasing energy consumption.
It allows to fix any kind of heating or sensors wire in any directions on any sort of support materials, from open nets, to rigid, flexible and highly stretchable fabrics.
By using ZSK TWP multi-head machines, fully automated production is achievable laying down up to 3 meters per minute.
By tailoring the wire heating path, the heating distribution is highly optimized resulting in drastic reduction of energy consumption.
