Why work with TFP?

Drastically reduce manufacturing cost and material waste

Layer by layer, it allows the production of thermoplastic composite preforms, by eliminating materials waste but increasing the final 3D product performance.

By using ZSK TFP multi-head machines, up to 3kg/hour -per head- of fibre reinforced thermoplastic can be laid down fully automatically.

Additive manufacturing TFP technology in combination with resin-free materials represents the present and the future of high volume production thermoplastic composite parts.

It combines the current state of the art with a technological development full made in Italy, returning dedicated molding solutions for TFP thermoplastic composites preforms.

Via a wide range of combination of induction and conduction heating and cooling solutions, high volume production of sustainable TFP preforms is now possible. Molding cycle time as low as 120 seconds.

Depending on the request production volumes, the optimal heating and cooling system will be chosen to provide the most energy and cost-efficient solution.
